Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (“Lifecore” or “we”) respects our customers’ privacy. We are proud of our information practices and want you to know how we use and protect the personal information you provide us.

The Information We Collect and How We Use It

If you merely browse through this site or download information (e.g., information about Lifecore products or from our Patient Information page), we collect certain information by automatic operation of our site’s Web servers. This information includes the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using and the date and time you access our site. This information does not identify you, and we do not tie it to any identifying personal information you may provide to us. We use this information to make our site as useful as possible to our visitors and customers.

Patients

We do not collect identifying personal information from patients on this site. If you are a patient considering dental implants as an alternative to the more traditional dentures or bridges, visit our Patient Information page to find out if dental implants are right for you.

Dental Implant and Regeneration Product Customers

To obtain product pricing information and to order Lifecore products online, you must register and create a customer account. When you do so, we will collect your name, email address, telephone number, fax number and complete billing address. We use this information to process your order and to manage your account. If you place an order using our secure order form, we will also collect your credit card number and any additional information you tell us is necessary to ship your order.

If you are located in a country outside the United States, we may provide your registration and order information to a Lifecore subsidiary or authorized distributor that services your country. They will provide product pricing information, process your order and ship it to you. We do not share, transfer, or release your personal information to third parties other than those involved in your transactions with us (e.g., authorized distributors or shipping companies).

From time to time Lifecore, our subsidiaries and/or our authorized distributors may use your email address or billing address to send you company news, product updates or information about special promotions. You have the option not to receive further communications of this nature. You may submit your request to Lifecore’s Client Service Department. Please refer to the Contact Us page for all contact information.

To Update Your Information

You may access your account online at any time to update your email address, shipping address, or to change your password by entering your account number and current password on the Log In page. If you prefer to update this information offline, or if you wish to change your billing address, you may do so by contacting Lifecore’s Client Service Department. Please refer to the Contact Us page for all contact information.
